It was a great rally. Some members has a few minor opportunites to get to know their coach better, but I believe all made it out safe. Ken Henderson gave a demonstration of the new braking system being raffled off. Ken made it simple for me to understand the system and the advantages. It was very informative. I have Raffle tickets orderded. Joe Mondello gave a short talk on vapor lock and fuel starvation. It was very informative. I have parts to buy. He is also working on a new 6" single inlet air filter that uses our stock type filters. Joe has been enjoying his coach with his wife and puppies. He plans on being at the GMCES & International.

The campsites were level, good hookups, pool, hot tub, nice meeting room and Kitchen. The ladies waited on us hand and foot. They were super, Marty made gravey that was perfect.

My 3 hour trip home was uneventfull except for the small fuel starvation thingie on I-40 about 80 pulling a trailer. I`ll let ya`ll know how that works out. MPG was about $20 hour premium.

10+ on the 10 scale.

Chuck,

I agree, it was a great rally with alot of great friends.
I was able to get a battery for my cell phoneon the way to Mt Dora, FL so was able to communicate again.

The Dillard / MT Dora leg of my tour was uneventful. ANNIE ran great and I followed a double trailer UPS truck for the last 4 houra of the trip. Those guys do haul freight. Stopped by the GMC COOP to say "HOWDY DO" and pick up a fire supression system for my refer. Heading out Monday up US 17 on the way home to Richmond. That leg may take a week or two. ....all depends on how I feel on any given day. .... it's called enjoying retirement.

Wish I could have made it. Unlike Bean Station when my parents were in town, we had the in-laws last weekend. These people are really mucking up my summer camping schedule...

I'm with Fred. My current work situation makes rallies impossible, but this
is an issue that affects me.

Basically:

Replace the socks

Use a rear boost pump

Use a good mechanical pump (NOT Chinese, but HIS)

Consider larger fuel lines (he thought we had 5/16" lines, not 3/8")
