G,day

While I was under our GMC today, I noticed some body pads missing and others working their way out.
We replacing all our body pads last year,using silicone to "glue" them in, didn't work!
I think someone recommended using liquid nails as an adhesive,but in the past I have found liquid nails dries out and crumbles over time.
Am I wrong? What have others used? Thank you in advance.
