I temporarily gave up trying to get to the front pulley to turn-over my sleeping engine manually. The inspection port I located on the bell housing above the starter is a round hole, approximately 3 inches in diameter.

If that is the only access hole, I can only see part of the fluid coupling I believe. I certainly can't see or get to the teeth on the fly-wheel in order to try to rotate the engine.

Am I looking at the correct access hole or is there another one I am missing which will work?

Thanks.
