Yesterday I got a call from Sam Young, from whom I bought the X-PB with the
completely rebuilt front clip that's now in my X-Birchaven. While that was
about 5 years ago, he still had my 'phone number.
Of all the GMC stuff he included in the sale (multiple engines, final
drives, etc., etc), he did NOT include his collection of Motorhome
Marketplace magazines, which is reportedly complete except for about 4
issues.
For those who don't recall, Motorhome Marketplace was a magazine devoted
exclusively to the GMC motorhome. It included personal interest articles,
usually featuring a couple and their coach, plus technical articles
submitted by readers. Quite interesting, IMHO, though not as technicallly
oriented as Cinnabar's newsletter. The couple who published it ceased to do
so 3-4 years ago IIRC.
Sam now wants to dispose of the collection. Anyone interested can call him
