It looks pretty similar to the GMC part sold by Jim K.

It uses a rubber bushing with no grease fitting. That's the part that wore out.

A machinist has it now and we are discussing the best repair.

He can make a bushing of rubber or nylon but I'd like to understand why they didn't use a metal bushing in the first place?
I'm sure there's a good reason but I'd like to understand.
