Ken,
You must be paying the Preacher more than me.
I wasted about Five Hours, trying to get the Beads ,in one Wheel.
I tried a lot of things ,one was using an old Radio Antenna that would reach
past the threads of the Valve ,another a Straw inserted in the Valve
opening, nothing worked.
When you remove a Wheel and laying flat the Valve is about 45* ,the beads
still would no flow,.I tilted the Tire till the Valve was Vertical and they
still jammed and I had to Vibrate the Stem to make them flow.
Then I discovered, that if you lay the Tire in the Sun ,the air heats and
starts coming out the stem and if you poured the beads slow enough they
wouldn't jam ,you can see the beads being blown out of the stem and keeping
it cleared.

Paul,
What kind of "beads" are you using? The Counteract I use consists of beads
so small that it's more like a powder. If you're using those WalMart balls
they keep talking about, you may have to force each one through the stem
with a punch, I'd think. :-)

You know, if I were going to do the job again on mounted tires, I think I'd
make a little pressurized canister. With a funnel shape toward an output
hose to fit the valve and an air hose coupler for inlet. Just 1 or 2 psi
(maybe from a vacuum cleaner) should safely push the beads into the tire --
I think.

You guys are making it awful difficult. If you take the tire to Walmart, they will break the bead for free. Then simply pour in what ever amount you want and air it up again.
Walmart does not charge to break the bead or to even remove the tire from the sheel. They do charge to mount a tire on a wheel.
At least that is the way it is at my local Walmart.
