I'm pleased to report we now have two trips from Lower MI to the Keweenaw Peninsula... but more importantly, the tools stayed in the box. Our first trip was to Houghton to get our MTU students at the end of school, while the second was to install them in their "new" apartments for the summer.

On the way back down, 6-22, we got a glimpse of a Westbound GMC on US 2 in Escanaba. Unreliable eye-witnesses that we are... we think it was white (mostly). Model? Not sure.

Since there is so much talk of sewage lately, we pulled into the sanitation station at a State Park next to a fifth wheel. I pulled out the hose, hit the switch and emptied the entire black tank, stowed it, rinsed my hands and drove off before they were set up. My wife says that He gave me a dirty look when I put my hose in the drain before he was hooked up... he was there first! And She just continued to stare, open mouthed, as we drove away. Obviously had never seen a GMC with a Macerator!

Happy Travels!
