Be extra careful if you are replacing the water pump yourself that you stay away from the radiator when removing the fan clutch & shroud. The fan blades are sharp and it's the easiest thing in the world to nick the radiator with the fan or shroud while removing them. If you do, it will get pricey VERY fast. Been there, done that...
