I have a large collection of Toronados in Salt Lake City. They are mostly in poor but possibly restorable condition. There are approximately 25 to 30 cars, mostly 66 and 67, a couple of 68s and 69s, one 70GT, and two or three gen 2s (71 to 75). There are many good 455 and 425 engines and transmissions, some switch pitch. The Toronado engines are desirable for hot rodding or boat engines.
Also have two 1967 FWD Cadillac Eldorados, a 1960 Chrysler Imperial and a 1962 Buick Special (215 V8).
Would like to sell as a lot but offers for all or any one of them are welcomed.
You can email me at toronado@newsguy.com or phone 801-693-8595.
I also have two 500 cu in Eldorado engines here in NC. My NC phone is 252-356-4751.
Here are some photos I took in 2007. http://gallery.me.com/flipflapco
Vandals have been at them since the photos and glass has been broken in some, or maybe all. If you are in SLC I can arrange for you to inspect them.

The switch pitches are '66 and '67s with the stamped (and painted IF it's not worn off) with "66" or "67" and either an "O" for Oldsmobile or "A" for Cadillac ('67 only for Cad) as the first letter. Plus, the electric connector has two prongs instead of one. HOWEVER, some later TH425s use the second prong for spark retard (emissions), so don't rely on the two prong plug by itself.
IIRC, the '66 and '67 uses the different diff cover bolt number and pattern than the GMC. If you happen to have the converter off, the stator support shaft is machined different to accomodate the SP converter.
