To all,
The holes noted are 3.5" diam. IMO too small for my clumsy fingers to
manipulate tools and remove/replace senders.
perfect for working on the gas connections. Can't fault PO for drilling
holes off-center, working blind with iffy dimensions can be a crapshoot. I
would be comfortable with 4.5" holes, if the centers were within 1/2" of
accuracy.
JMO, but if your fingers are more nimble than mine, use your own judgement.
You only get one shot at this procedure.
Oh yeah, goes without saying we're working close to gas vapors so.....
