I need some help here.

The last time I used the generator it worked fine. It
was not started for over a year. When it tried to start
it it ran for about 15 seconds and quit, while it ran
a lot of rust came out of the exhaust pipe. I cleaned the
carb. made the correct adjustments, now it starts for
about 2 seconds, then pours raw gas out of the carb.

Any Ideas?
