Mike,
Check the Pick and Pull yards. There are 4 in the Portland area. They get
$25 per wheel with tire and give a $10 refund if you return the tire. The
one in Vancouver had a dually with the right wheels a couple of weeks ago.
They are currently showing a an 82 Chevy 30 pickup in Vancouver. Can't
tell if it is a dually. Here is their link.
