Yesterday afternoon, my son saw a GMC (Palm beach) pulled off the highway
on I-95 near VA 7100 in northern VA. Had a pick up parked behind it. He
figured it was broke down, but because of rush hour traffic, he couldn't pull
over to offer help.
Lousy place to be broke down.
