Tom Hampton in Marysville, Ohio has one for sale. It has a side door in the
rear for a wheel chair entry. Can't remember if it is a ramp or a lift. It
has been re-done inside and is quite nice.
I stopped by there on the way home from Florida this past March. Should
still be there.
