I need Manny's cell number. The one Jim K. gave me is some corp. I should have checked it before I needed it. Just email me if you have it.

We have eliminated several possiblities on the trans problem.

I think it could be the silinoid that is not holding pressure.

We are going to check the pressure in the morning and then call Manny. Wish I had a pan gasket as we may very well have to pull it.
Thanks for the emails with the number.

I feel that the cork gaskets are useless.
I have had good experience with the fiber ones from NAPA
1-4525

That last time I bought a couple they were only about $3.00 each.

If you have a Ragusa pan, Manny told me to just use silicone with no gasket. The steel pan is another story.

Bet you find low line pressures. You have the pressure specs from the
manual to use as a guide, right?

The "underlilne thingy" is the same key as the hyphen but with SHIFT held down.

Was THAT your question?

Well... no.. when I tried to link Dans email address the underline in his address throwed a curve to the underline that the website puts under an email link. Hense in order to use his address link, you have to hi-light the whole address from gregg to com then copy and paste.

If I just click on the underlined link to an email address,
it simply initiates a new email message to that person!

Yes Sir: sept on the forum where the gregg_ is not hi-lighted, only the dan@hotmail etc. cause the underline in his address conflicts with the underline that the forum puts under an email address. So if you click on his emaill address on the forum it comes back invalid address. You have to manually hi-light the whole address and copy and past into a new email from the forum.

I hate that underscore thing in there for the very reason yall talk about. It was all I could get that was close to my name when I got the address 12 or more years ago.
I have been working on the trans all day, with Wally, so I did not see this link til now.
Sorry it causes problems.
It is a shifted hyphen.
