We have brand new owners just taking delivery who sent me the following.
I gave them the names of owners in the Ontario cities referenced and they
have the Black List. They need a competent shop to diagnose their
problem.

You can reply to me or directly-preferred.......
shelleycoulson@sympatico.ca

Quote . We were wondering if you knew of someone close by that we could
call to ask where they get their bus repaired or upgraded. We would like
someone within 50 miles if possible and we are near Peterborough Ontario,
or Lindsay, Ont. the steering is very loose, and after reading the
iinfo, on line from Caspro we now know the steering can be made tighter.
the bus is hard to control like it is now, and Jerry would like to see
about putting a new steering box or something like that, in the bus, but
dont know who does that kind of work. enquote

I have sent them an email direct David as I think I am probably the closest Blacklister to them.

Making steering clearances tighter is not going to get it under control.
You need to start from the A frame grommets.
Ask SteveF. We have been preaching this for the last few years.
Have a person contact me after he replaced everything but the A frame
grommets as he felt they were ok.
He said it was driving worse after he replaced all the parts.

Jim, it might be helpful to send this advice directly to the lady in need
as she is not on the Forum or Net.

Her name is Shelley Coulson and she can be reached at
shelleycoulson@sympatico.ca I'm sure she will appreciate your input and
you may have a new customer.
