Hey All;

The 455 in the Stretch is giving up the ghost. During my 4-month
drive-about, I was getting about 250mi/quart of oil (used 2 full
cases). During this current trip it's gone down to 200mi/quart and I'm
getting tons of blow-by when I pull the tube that goes from the valve
cover to the air cleaner. Always said that when the time came, I would
replace the 455 with the Chevy TD 6.5L engine. So this fall I'll be
tearing into it (or buying a SOB with a diesel in it). I think there
is a document floating around (written up by Hubler?) that details
this swap. I think I had asked GeneF if he had it, and I think he did
(I even think he sent it to me) but now I can't find it. Has anyone
seen this or done this or have any hints on this conversion? Thanks.
