Had it! It was sold at some time for $2k then showed up on ebay in March
this year and reported sold at $4500. Again it was listed and there was
no bid at $5500 Relisted 04/10 @ $6500

It is an odd marketing strategy. If no shows interest raise the bid
reqm't. <VBG>

Dave you never know with ebay. Next week it will be "REDUCED" to $5500 and it might work.

Makes perfect sense,,, my father used to rent out his nice rantals. If he diddnt get a response in 2-3 weeks he would pull of market and paint, garage door opener, or maybe new drapes.Then raise the price. Get a total diffrent group of people. Some would think a rental for "450" was below them and a nicer 575 was what they needed. And it worked. ,,,70's and 80'2,,,PL
