Hey All;

On my trip down from WA to CA, I needed to use the AC, but the
blower motor put up a huge squeal. Is there a part number floating
around or an application I can use to order up a new one? Need to
install before I head home so I can keep Diana cool. Thanks.

Gary,

The Parts Interchange List you get when you join GMCMI (HINT HINT) provides
the following part number for a 1973-1976 GMC:

Napa 655-1039

It lists six more you can see when you join the GMCMI (says he as he twists
your arm)! ;-)

Here's a link to the GMCMI website to sign up!

http://www.gmcmi.com/

Hey wait a minute; I just checked the membership roster and you are already
a member of GMCMI! Guess your CRS is playing up and you've forgot about the
PIL! ;-)

On out trip home from California we just stopped at AutoZone in Carson City and asked for one. We changed it in the parking lot and went on our way. We did not bother to get the part number off of it since it was a common in stock item at AZ.
