We had a good get together. Eighteen in attendance this time
but no coaches. We did have one first time lunch attendee,
Chip Chebuhar. Some of you might have meet him and his
wife Laura at the international rally in Montgomery. Others
in attendance were, Frank and Sharon Jacobs, Willard and
Joyce Murdock, Charles and Janice Wersal, Bruce and
Georgene Farrill, Jerry and Francis Reeves, Trey Shannon,
Boyd and Sherry Mooney, Denis Golden and Warren, Tray
and Berry Mitchell. I don't know what the ladies talked about
but the men's conversations pretty much stayed around GMC's.
Some discussion about brakes, shoes and pads. Warren
brought some pictures of the interior renovation he has been
doing on his new toy and some discussion about another
bearing job in the near future. The candidate for this one is
Chip's coach and we will probably do it at his father-in-laws
facility in Burleson, TX. Specific date has not been set but
when it is I will forward it to the net. Probably the middle of
May. There was also some discussion about the May 7th
and 8th outing at the Antique Capitol RV campgrounds.
Quite a few of those at this lunch had already registered
for the outing. We all hope to see you there. Happy GMC'ing.

Almost as a post script, I do have a story. Won't say who
it is about but I'm sure you will have empathy for him. His
holding tank was getting dangerously full and he needed to
empty it. He inquired as too where he might do this and
was told just take it over to that drain in the center of the
building. Yes, you already see the end coming. He
placed his hose in the drain and opened the valve. What
do you think happens when the drain is stopped up. Sure
enough 4 inches deep. The only plus to this story is the drain
did start draining slowly so the clean-up wasn't as bad as
it could have been. I print this as a WARNING. Check the
drain before opening the valve.
Charles

Charles,
You guys eat almost too well at those luncheons. Do you still put a
little hurt on the Golden Corral when you meet there?
