Mac,
I dug a little deeper and found this in the Coach-Net Platinum Plus Member
Benefit Guide.
Quote
The Emergency Roadside Assistance benefit provides for one service call per
disablement for a service provided by a commercial road service provider,
locksmith or wrecker service to provide the following services:
Towing
Towing your disabled vehicle to the nearest qualified repair facility as
determined by Coach-Net.
Unquote
This changes the question to "how does Coach-Net determine a qualified
repair facility."

Mac,
I just went to the Net-Coach website and noted:
Unlimited Towing
Towing your disabled vehicle to the nearest qualified repair facility
regardless of mileage or dollar amount.
The problem "we" have noted with this statement from other towing services
is who defines a "qualified repair facility" for the GMC?
The second problem is how quickly the "qualified repair facility" can start
working on your GMC. When Dan Gregg's engine failed the shop he was towed to
advised it would be a MONTH before they could / would get to it! Dan please
correct me if I'm mistaken.
Our Good Sam towing expired and we'll need a service when we get back there
in June for our tour this summer. It's kinda hard for me to call the USA at
this time of the year due to the difference in time. Would you give
Net-Coach a call and see what they say about these two questions?
Thanks,
Rob Mueller

Thanks to those who sent the info.
It appears that there are two plans; PLATINUM and GOLD
at ~ $110 and $100 respectively. I'm impressed and will
probably sign up when I get my coach reliably on the road.

Rob,
I questioned the statement "nearest qualified repair facility as determined
by Coach-Net" and Coach-Net said they had "qualified service techs" on staff
in their call center and would first determine from the owner what the
problem was then would contact area service providers to see it they could
handle it.
