I need the hinge and door latch parts for the original type all electric swing motor compressor refrigerator. I can't give the type number/code as the label is worn off but I suspect there was only one type of this all electric fridge. If anyone has a set of these or can take them off a swing motor type fridge they are tossing I would appreciate it.

I picked up one that worked on 120 but not 12V for a possible use I might have but through miscommunication between myself, the donor and the donor's SO the hinges and latches were tossed out.

I have a fridge access door. Is that what you need?

Thanks for asking but no. I need the hardware for the door to refrigerator itself. The PO of my swing motor fridge was going to throw it out and had removed the door hardware to remove the door before he put it at the curb (local ordinance around here). I picked it up from him before it went to the curb but we forgot to take the door hardware with the fridge. The PO's SO's saw it sitting in their garage and tossed it before I could return to pick it up.

So what I am looking for are the hinges and latch to an original GMC electric only (12vdc/120vac) swing motor refrigerator.

This is the Norcold unit originally supplied by GMC. Still looking so if yours dies I would appreciate the hardware.

Steve...
First I must apologize for not responding to your request regarding your need for fridge hardware. Secondly , have you resolved the problem?

As I indicated, the nordco in my 78 bit the dust which resulted in the purchase of a new Nova-cool unit, naturaly all-the-money
absolutly in planed for.

As my wife and I live in British Columbia, your location seems to be on the other side of the world (just kidding), why that might matter is that I just had the gold colored door suround
powder coated black and door fronts cut in stainless steel...what a waste !!!

I was going to offer the hardware and the door up grades to you if your interested.

Let me know your situation.

Dan - I saw your GMCnet posting and, now, this one. I sent you an email and yes I can still use the hinge and latch parts and would be interested in the door upgrades.

Thanks - SteveS

I could use the latch for the top of a Norcold Fridge. Does anyone have one of these they would like to get rid of? I am just sticking a bolt in the hole to hold it closed for now.
