Our very first motor home, a '76 Titan, had one of those in the cockpit.
Worked pretty good, really -- in that over sized shoe box.

Vinyl ceiling doesn't appear to have separated on the ceiling. Garaged?

I do believe I would have washed out the wheel wells before taking shots of
the airbags.

Descent price for the good shape it's in. All original interior. Whoopee!

Not that I saw. And if you step back through the URL, there's no way
forward to the page. Maybe this has something to do with it, which I didn't
notice earlier:

Looks like they replaced the headliner with FRP.

I like the Overhead Bunk and twin beds. Nice layout.

That is the original headliner. A wallpaper like material over plywood. The paper has let go on most... like mine. My PO just removed the paper... as the plywood is darker than most plywood, it doesn't look to bad. Just makes the insides a bit dark.

The overhead bunk was an option on the sidebath Birchaven. They delete the rear overhead cabinets to get it.

Want one? I took mine out. Seems they're only in Side Bath
Birchavens that I know of. It eliminates cabinets over the rear
gaucho but after removal it leaves lots of head room in the rear.
Might be able to get two kids to sleep up there if they're small.
