Ron, to get a better idea of how good the brakes are now, compare it to
how your worst braking car, fully loaded with camping gear, groceries and
beer, with maybe a few sacks of concrete mix thrown in for ballast. If
the coach is almost that good, you're good to go.
Yes, I am being facetious....but not a lot. After all the work we had
done on ours, it's about the same as our Chrysler T&C. Before we had the
brakes completely redone a couple of years ago, it was (it seemed) better
than the Chrysler. After DJ had the power bleed done, and all the crud
blown out of the lines, and new hoses installed (not in that order) they
actually worked well enough that I no longer felt I had to leave 1/4 mile
between us and the vehicle in front of us.
