Well, I've tried to get the word out that my "Rolling Coach" is available for sale as I'm getting a 1956 GM SceniCruiser Bus. (Like a GMC isn't enough of a project) The threads seem to have gotten somewhat off topic or generally wandered, as they often do. 
I have to sell the GMC before I can go pick up the bus so.... I'm somewhat motivated. I have a new toy and I want to go play with it. I've put a number of pictures on the photo site, as well as a pdf file called "multimedia" that lists the info on the coach. http://www.gmcmhphotos.com/photos/showgallery.php?cat=5415
As Dan Gregg said in his "Rolling Coach" thread, This is a "Runner Coach". It has all the stuff one needs to make it usable today. I don't think twice about putting food in the cabinets, clothes in the drawers and actually go someplace!!!
Sure, you can go buy a $7,000 coach, and the following day drop $3k in Alcoas and tires. While they're putting the tires on, you might as well spend the money and get the KYB shocks installed. Then the week after that, you spend another $1k getting the Onan running. Then the Dash Air fixed and converted to R134. Does it have 2 roof air's? If you spend ANY time in the southwest, you better pop for the second one. Gee... are those fuel gauges not working quite right? ummm... sounds like it's time to drop the tanks, rebuild the senders and don't forget to replace ALL the rubber hoses hiding up above the tank. That will fix the "gas smell" and leaking on the ground every time you fill the tanks.
If you, as a "GMC shopper" has spent any time at all here on the net, you know that any inexpensive coach is your "buy in" to the wonderful world of GMC Motorhome ownership. I will defy anyone to argue with the fact that any $5,000-$7,000 coach won't cost $15,000 by the time it's truly usable and reliable. That's not counting "pretty". That's usable and reliable!
I'm asking $12,000 for mine because I want to sell it quickly so I can go get my bus. $15,000 would probably be a fairer price but...sigh. I've had a couple of folks contact me about the coach but there seem to be many more shoppers lurking around here. I thought I'd give the gang one last shot before I throw it out there to the masses. I'd really like to see an enthusiast get it so it will live a long and happy life and not end up in a field for 5 years unused, and then become a $5,000 GMC.
I will even work out a delivery deal with someone. As I said, I have no problem jumping in and taking it cross country. We would just need to figure out how to get me and the dogs home again.

I think you should keep your price where it is as it represents a fairly valued coach (from what has been described and I have no reason to doubt it).
But not all coaches are sold enthusiast-to-enthusiast. How many guys are out working on their coaches day in and day out without their heirs ever knowing the value of their labor? I bought a coach from eBay off a car dealer that didn't know the value or the history of the coach and wouldn't connect me with the previous owner. But I can tell from every detail that I come across that he really cared about his coach and although he never got to everything, he did do a pretty decent job on the things he was able to do. If he had been able to sell it himself to me, I bet he would have asked double and stood pat on that price. With every justification.
But I am reaping what another has sown, but I do so giving whoever he was alot of credit and not taking his effort for granted.
What I'm trying to convey is that your price is fair, but there are plenty of coaches being sold by folks who don't appreciate their worth (and probably more than a few that overestimate based on what they've spent over the years) so deals can be had.
If guys would educate those who inherit these coaches as to their true value, then you might have more apples-to-apples comparisons. We need exposure (like in parades and "show and shines") to inspire folks to get involved and maintain the value of the GMC.

It HAS been a while since I had done and posted a nationwide Craigslist search..... I just do not have the time right now.

Do not think of it as loosing a [GMC] coach. Think of it as gaining more GMC owners into the "cult." (ie: If someone buys it, they (hopefully) will join the cult.)
