I was looking at some Q-bag installation instructions on JimK's website. There appear to be broken links. I get nothin':

http://www.appliedgmc.com/instructions/quad_bag.pdf

http://www.appliedgmc.com/cgif/quad_diagram.jpg

Can anybody see these diagrams? I emailed his staff, they emailed me back saying they checked these links and they were OK, it was on my end. I still get err messages 'broken link'

?

I am on my Apple 'MacBook Pro'
and using the Firefox browser.
(not sure if that would make any difference)

Just checked and neither of those
links will open for me.

Just go to www.appliedgmc.com and after that opens up click on the
Instructions tab on the left of the screen and then select the product
you want the instructions for.

Dave thanks but I was more interested in folks trying the links I posted so I can get back to Jim K's staff that they need to check again because NOBODY can get to those links.

Emery yes I see that. The point I was trying to make was, if you click on the link below, its the page I was on - scroll down to the Quadrabag - then click on the links in that section. They are the ones that dont work

The only links that do not work for me are the ones IN THE ABOVE MESSAGE. When I go to the Applied website I can click on anything and it works just fine. The links DO look alike... just the ones cut and pasted into the message do not work!

I cut these from the site... seem to work just fine!

Rusty, you need to have Adobe reader installed on your computer for the links to work(the ones on the Applied GMC website)

Get it for no charge here.

We had it fixed, but the problem is in the way it works when there is
any changes made, it cuts the link.
We will need to come up with a solution.
Meanwhile it is functioning.

USUALLY, but not always, enclosing URLs in parentheses
will help them to stay together and not get broken up.

SUCCESS ! after emailing them I got this email today from Applied GMC Staff:

"We thought it was the other link!!
I passed this on to our website administrator and he will take care of it. The instructions are also located on the instructions page.
Thanks,
Applied Air Filters/GMC
47626 Kato Rd.
Fremont, CA 94538"

and those links are now working. Jim will be happy his staff is so responsive. Me, I'm just a regular guy with a touch of OCD
