Before one of the rallys I thought I saw a post from Jim K. that they were going to have a "stopping contest". Did this ever happen?? Has any one measured the stopping distance before and after the addition of more disks?? larger MC??? Reaction arm?? Who was it that shot the paint ball onto the ground off of the front bumper??? Will their be a contest at Montgomery??? Can"t wait to try out those new 12" front brakes!!!!! Wish I measured the distance from 50 or 60mph.

PAul, I hope you got them bled completely. It is a tough job when having two people. We just did mine a couple of months back when replacing a master cylender. Every time we would give it just "one more" another bubble.
Hope you were successful.

Paul,

Here's the paint ball event:

<http://www.gmcmhphotos.com/photos/showgallery.php?cat=4642>If you'd had the
"pneumatic pedal puller" installed like I used for those tests, you could
have used it to bleed your brakes. With a valve in hand to supply air to
the cylinder, you're in complete control of the process so no getting mixed
up with "Down & Open" vs "Open & Up". :-) Also makes an all-brakes active
parking brake easy -- just add a small compressor to keep the pedal down
when parked.
