A friend of mine needs schematic information for the circuit board for his Swingaway Step made in San Antonio, TX.

Is there any information on this step?

Thanks,

Ken Rose is the guy to get you the info.
I was going to purchase the rights to make the automatic step but
there was not enough intrest in them to do it.

I have a step that swings away. Don't know the brand. It's inoperative at
the moment and the circuit board is in my "stuff" locker. I should be able
to dupe out the wiring if needed.

I think the gear is gone on mine as well, and would like to know where one might be found. Anyone got a stockpile of old swing steps?

I don't know whether that's the Ken Rose design, but if it is, don't be
surprised if your wiring does not match the diagram. He told me several
years ago that he'd had someone design a microprocessor control to replace
the micro switches. I think it was just working on time rather than actual
step position, as with the switches.
