Ok, so I, along with many others, suffer from middle aged sag in my motorhome so I had the brilliant idea of taking the door off to see if I could adjust it to better fit the coach. Well, I took it off and didnt do anything to it because of other issues and when I went to put the door back on the coach it fit worse than before!!

It is like the door overhangs the body worse so it wont latch. Any ideas or suggestions with bolting the door to the body or getting the door to fit better?

Also, how do I remove the pins on the flanges because I think the bushings are bad.
