Is Clear Ultimate better in terms of storage times before water absorbtion and stratifiction happens compared to lesser refined fuels? Wondering since it is refined to a clear state, if even though it has ethanol, there are less random compounds in there to react with. My chemistry was not my strong point, I understand that in a perfect world HCs and O2 burning give you H2O and CO2, but thats about it. Well ----some people don't even understand where all that water is coming from so at least I get that. Is it worth running the tanks down and putting in some Ultimate and a brief run before storage. Yes I know that 100%full negates water formation in the tanks but in storage place you have to have less than 1/4 tank so that won't happen.
