Ken,

I agree with you 100% vis-à-vis buying the E's. My main point in mentioning
is to make sure somebody else didn't make a mistake trying to save $36 or
$42!

For the hell of it I might try and contact Kuhmo and ask them if / what the
difference is. The fact that they both weigh 38 pounds sure makes me think
they're the same tire structurally with different markings.

The only down side I noted is that mine are not made in Korea they're made
in China, how about yours?

I do not know. I looked up the specs and they both weight 38 pounds each.
Obviously they had to be made in different runs because the outside letter
molding is different (D vs E). They are only $6.00 difference in price so
why not just buy the the Es and be done with it.

One of these days I'll have to kick the coach into neutral at 60 and ask
Laurie if she still can hear them. She may not be hearing the tires. I
know I can not hear them. Some of the reviewers say they are the quietest
AT tires that they have ever used.
