I need more airflow through the genset compartment due to the tight installation of the Kohler. Does anyone have a line on larger louvers that I could install on the door to increase cooling on the road and while stationary?

Randy,

Rather than cobble up the appearance of your coach, why don't you consider
installing a fan behind the existing louvers? I haven't yet had an
opportunity to test the effectiveness, but here's a picture of the 750 cfm
$20 fan I installed with my new TroyBilt generator:

I might need both. I'd like a fan to vent stray gases out of the compartment when we're parked and it's running. Leaving the door closed makes it a little quieter.

I just found an old fridge vent door and frame that I had in the pile that I could use to add an escape path for hot air.

I'll try a mock-up on a piece of Luan before cutting into my door.
