Wally Edwards shared that an d a lot of other early GMC motorhome stories
at a
Sunshine Statesmen rally I hosted at Orange Lake, FL several years ago.
Many on the Net were there and
I'm surely they found Wally's stories as fascinating as I did.

He had a 1978 Kingsley at the time and hadn't used it for many years but
when he accepted my
invitation, he sent it to Cinnabar to make it road ready! Manyof the GM
people involved in motorhome
design and production are getting up in years and should be sought out so
we can memorialize their stories.
Bill Bryant has done a super job in this area over the years.

I am still trying to connect with someone who was in Engineering Records
(as we called it at IBM) at T & C who can
explain how the VINs were issued and a gazillion other questions.
