Hey Guys,
Many of you know me, and that I have been a member of the net and forum for the past 5 years. I own a 1973 26' Canyon Lands aka TZE21. I'm kind of proud of the TZE21, because Bill Bryant says that I have the braggng rights of having the first GMC on the road. (He states that the first 20 were mules/prototypes and went back to be disassembled or something like that.) Have been a member of the Classics & GMCInternational. As a matter of fact the last rally I made was in Montgomery a couple of years ago.
I think I know how this post got started.
Last week via/GMC forum a post was started with the topic of "Off topic", posted by none other than Don <zphattman@yahoo.com>..
There were several replys. The premice of the thread was asking for ways of making an income while fulltime RVing. I chose not to answer the thread through the net. Since my reply would sound like a solicitation. I did answer the email "off line", explaining what I do part time for the company listed in this man's attached email. All I did was briefly tell him what I do and sent him to a website. I didn't attempt to sell him anything. Just told him how I make a nice part time income.
I got a reply with accusations and foul name calling that was way out of line. So I just said "oh well, it's takes all kinds," and deleted it.
Then I see this post come up called "Watch out for this imposter". The only thing that is in this post (attached) that is true is the name of the company that I am affilliated with. Everything else is a figment of someones imagination.
I want to thank "Mac" & Emery for your replys......
Also, I'd like to add that I have sent this to Patrick Flowers and asked that he look into it.
