Gmcers,
I had a brainstorm so to speak.my batterys just had a horriable death and croked on me.my 6 volt trojons died hard.i have a few rv marine deep cycle group 24 i think.the standard ones they give you.
What i thought id do is hook into of them with the isolater instead of two six volts i have two 12s.if there the same type and date of purchus i think you can run them as if you had two 6 volters.what my problem is i thought i memorized the cable hook ups.i have one hot cable hanging and two grounds?
I also have the jumper between the two house batterys.that goes to the rear positive to jump them?i have the one of the combiner to the positive post on the engine battery and the other to the ground on the regular 12 starting battery.i can ask a couple of friends how to hook them up.i marked the lines and thought i had memorized each cable going to what??
But the genious that i am i forgot to take a picture or something so i could hook them back up correctly.one side of the combiner i hook to the hot side of the starting battery.then grounded the starting battey as normal?does this make any sence or am i talking jibberish as usually
