After installing Steve F upper and lower control arms I noticed idler arm play. Ordered tie rod ends, idler arm and relay link from Jim K. Put up the white flag and took the coach to Zeb Frady's to do the install. Should have the coach back in a week or so.

Check your relay arm for play as well.

Mine was replaced with a Cinnibar unit when I bought the coach in June of 08 for the required safety check. Steering had about 4" of play at the sterring wheel. After replacing the steering box I noticed the major play was in the relay arm. Obviously it had too much tolerance from new.

Replaced it with a Dave Lenzi unit and what a difference!

I think Jim K sells Dave L's relay arms.

Well, you found that the perfect place to get parts is not so.
Neither Jim B. or I take that type of a stand.
We carry Dave L's relay and idler since they are the best that we can
purchase and sell.

George, you will like Zeb Frady and his sons. They do good work and you have the correct parts. Tell them hello from Teri and me.
