There seem to be two (count 'em 1 &2) GMCs in the movie Surrogates.

The first is at minute 47:25. That is a Palm Beach (you can read the label).

The second is at second is at 57:16. Also Palm Beach colors, but no PB label, it now has Alcoa wheels, a larger window in the back, a side AC outlet and a solar panel on top of the roof pod (and more).

We know who owns one (from Computer Graphics World website):<quote>
Interviewed Jeff Kleiser about Synthespians' work on Surrogates, and learned that he inadvertently provided a prop for the film. "I have a 1977 GMC motor home that I use for location work," he says. "It's my office, car and hotel room. So, I had it on location in Boston. There's a scene in the movie where the character The Prophet is supposed to have a Winnebago. The director saw my motor home and said, 'I want that one.
Can we rent it?" I said, 'Sure, if you give me an office, a hotel room, a car, and a rental fee." And, they did. So look for Kleiser's motor home in the film and maybe someday, Kleiser laughs, on eBay. <end quote>

The second seems to have the door plate like a '73.

Anybody know who owns the which and the other owner??

How often do we get to see two different coaches in the same movie?

Aren't home theaters great? (I would rather be traveling in the coach, but Netfix will have to do for now.)

They can't tell a GMC owner to "Go get a life".

Matt
