It does look nice.
For anyone thinking of selling their coach, I have comments on the ad:
Notice that they used all four pictures that Craig’s List allows for "normal run-of-the-mill posters." This is good.
With two pictures they show all four sides of the shiny clean coach. The coach was also in an interesting location. This one was in two different locations, showing the coach has been moved at some time. You might even suspect it is being used and enjoyed! (You can "feel" the smiles!) Too bad the coach is mostly in the shadows or behind the people.
In the interior pictures there is no clutter and it looks clean and tidy. But both pictures are different angles of the same thing! For most coaches, one pic from the hallway or galley going forward and one from next to the step, facing to the rear. This should give the reader an idea of what they are looking at.
Another good point is that they provide a link to an informational web site: <http://www.gmcmotorhome.com/faq/index.html>
For really "top dollar" coaches, a LINK to a web page about that single coach, with LOTS of pictures, should help lure in the "top dollar" buyers.
But as I have mentioned to others, it is like finding a job:
You can do everything "wrong" and get your coach sold right away at a good price.
And:
You can do everything "right" and NOT get your coach sold, even after months (or years) at a rock bottom price.
But what do you think will give you the best results?
(Keep in mind how much you paid for this advice!)

Good points Mike.
It is a turn off to see interior photos of a cluttered interior.
Clean and neat with nothing on horizontal surfaces and all the "fluff"
items stowed.

..Guys,
It has always amazed me that people would offer there "baby's"
for sale with photos of clutter (interior shots),and half baked,
shadow obscured exterior shots. We are lucky enough to own what
is the coolest motorhome ever built, and when its time to sell,
we should expect TOP dollar relative to the condition we have brought our coaches to. Does it not only make sense that we (STAGE) our coaches in there best possabls poses...I mean, this
is what is done at the auto dealerships, and in realestate.
Selling these beauties should not be hard, after all, when was it
HARD to sell a 55,56,or 57 chevy?

Close Hal,
There's a '77 Birchaven for sale that I dearly want and I can't have
it until I sell my Eleganza II. I can't justify owning three
motorhomes and I am not ready to be forced into full-timing. Which,
will be the end result of me buying a third MH.
