yep , we came all the way 11 hours, got hammered on the grapevine for about
10 miles and at button willow for about 10 miles.

I unhooked from Manny in the valley and we drove separately for the last
part. Almost blew the little Tracker off the road, was intense.

how are the new batt?

Hey Gene;

OK, glad you two made it OK. The BIG rains have yet to hit here.
Haven't got the new batteries as yet, as I had to wait for the MotoSat
folks to replace the LNB. I was also working on the one CV joint on
the Turista all day. Was a mess, but now it's ready to hit the road.
Bert and I are going to go get some batteries...

Yep, they fixed it. Now have an SQ of 65. $220 out the door.. The
Turista is the dune buggy. Had a CV joint with 80/90w in it instead of
Mobile-1. All fixed now. Might be here a couple of more days...

Gene,

Got a kick out of Manny's Daily Giveaway sign for Mexican Tequila - look
right above it and you'll see "FUEL PRODUCTS!"
