I turned on the blower for the defroster and it blew the fuse. I replaced
the fuse, same thing happened. I have the heavy duty NAPA relay installed,
good wiring, correct wires connected to the relays, etc. I did find the
power terminal somewhat loose and melted on the blower motor itself. I
pulled the blower motor and holed it up to 12v power supply and it runs
just fine.

Any suggestions?

If you have the original blower motor still in the coach it is probably
causing your fuse blowing problems. The motor over the years has it
bearings dry up and starts to draws more amps. You can resolve the issue by
using a PM102 replacement motor from autozone for less than $20 bucks. You
have to reuse the squirrel cage.
