The craigslist posting says he has the "title in hand" for what that's worth. Also to much money for a coach that has set outside in the Northwest for five years. Heck today alone would have soaked the inside just from sweating.

If anyone buys it with a bill-of-sale they can get a title from http://www.getnewtitle.com in Maine. I did. Register it as a 1975 if you are living in California and live happily ever after.

Geez. Having taken 5 yrs and gone thru a coach, then still having a list of things to do a mile long . . . . seeing an ad like this, I almost wonder what I was thinking when I took it on. Maybe because its winter and so bitter cold out there. I smelled propane yesterday walking by. Sure enough the tank was almost on E and the valve was not closed, I left it on last November when I fired up the heater. First time I did that. The teen temps have caused leaks. Man I hate this time of year. At least the engine starts right up even at these temps, genset too. Good to know. Even Jim Bounds is freezin. Come on spring hurry willya.

Sorry, it don't work that way here. From the date you apply for a
title Anyone with paper (storage lean, bank or credit lean, even a
registration with his name on it) has two years to file a claim with
the state who will then take it away from you. I am going thru this
kind of a mess right now over a '94 Ford truck. the price was right
(some welding) it is the hassle making sure everything is clear that
gives me heart burn.............Terry

Look guys-I will sell you a parts GMC for $500 because I need to clear my lot. These have the engines, trans and final drives and much more. They are not driveable and all have titles. These are a 74, 77, 73, 77 and 75. All have parts missing as they were sold Transport can be arranged with Vern Horsley at 769-717-9518

My number is 713-373-7775. Why pay $1800 then have to have an engine rebuilt. I do not know whether these engines run but it is likely that they do as we have been able to start others that have sat a long time as well......Thx, Michael at GEMRECS
