Rob,
How about asking him to put the numbers on it so those who
don't know where to look to check warranty will have a
picture of where to look.

Charles,

The serial numbers are on the inner rim and you can't miss them when you
take the wheels off or as we say Downunder "they stand out like dog's
balls!"
