Marcel, have him call Steve Ferguson on black list. He knows where Gary can take it. There is a shop there that knows GMC coaches.

Subject: [GMCnet] Wheel Alignment

Netters,
Especially those of you in the SW. On the way back from GMCWS, Palm
Desert, I stopped in Phoenix to get a professional wheel alignment. Every
component on the front of my coach is new from the box to the knuckles and
my initial alignment specs had settled. It was clear from the tire wear
that I needed to get this done. As it turned out, the owner of the
recommended shop is more than just familiar with the GMC. He was involved
with the developement of some of the steering components and also the
developement of the shimming method for aligning the rear bogeys. Neat guy.
Nice shop.
Excellent, efficient employees. The alignment took nearly 3 hours
and each adjustment was checked and rechecked. The steering wheel is dead
center and the coach is a dream to drive. Hit 35 mph cross winds all the
way home and seldom had to use more than one hand. The coach drives better
than my Caprice wagon now. If you're in the area, the name of the shop is
Spectra Suspension Center Inc., on Baseline Dr. I just can't describe how
much I enjoy getting my money's worth. They also do six wheel alignments
and are very familiar with straightening and shimming GMC rear suspension.

Someone should ask him if we can put him on the Black List and let him know that Jim K has anything he might ever need to work on one our coaches. Id like to meet him myself.

Marcel,
SpecTrac alignment on Baseline Rd in Mesa. The owner is GMC savvy
and was part of the design team that developed the steering system in
the GMCs.

Marcel,
If Gary had to tear off some fiberglass I am glad he did it before the paintjob we talked about earlier this week.
Glad Gary and Wilda are back on the road. They are talking about visiting all of us in Quartzsite next week.

Thanks for the help to Gary. He tell me he is on way this morning. I know
he will be looking for some parts when he gets to quartzsite. We can pretty
much fix any thing in our shop and get ready for the body shop and a new
paint job
Thanks
