This is a drawing of how I wired an extra breakaway switch to the dash of our GMC.

As Dan Gregg stated today "without brakes on his GMC the aux toad brakes didn't work". This is how most aux toad brakes work. The sudden stopping of the coach brings on the aux toad brakes. No coach brakes no toad brakes. By wiring in the extra switch on the GMC dash I can bring on the toad brakes any time they are needed. This switch is connected to the wires that go to the breakaway switch.
