A few days back we had a question of what is this item? It was
suggested to be a 12 VDC extension cord by many.

That sure looks quite like what I have. Mine is hard wired into the Harness of the Coach with what looks like Table lamp type wire.

Looks like a felmale cigar lighter receptical on and extension probably for cell phone charger etc.

Walmart sells them. I have them all over my coach. They also sell mounted units, for about 6 bux, I have those mounted in electric box and various other spots. They come with a rubber plug.

Richard,
I almost always use table lamp wire (zip cord) for house, and auto
speaker applications. Excellent stuff and cheap when you buy it by
the roll.
