So we thought about removing the base of the blender in our '78 Royale...but
actually got to thinking it is pretty cool idea. Problem is that all we
have is the base (which works!)....Does anyone know if it is possible to buy
a replacement pitcher? Maybe someone has a broken motor/base and willing to
part with the top part?

I got our blender off EBay. If you put in a search for Nutone Blender, you will find several. Costly, but works real good. Chops up the ice great for Margaritas.

Michael:

I'm guessing Russ will jump on this - but if he doesn't I would be
interested in it.

I had the same challenge - went to NuTone and bought the exact same piece, stainless steel body - that came with the coach in '78. NuTone still make this Food Processor line and support our GMC's. Amazing.

Merry Christmas & Happy New Year to all.
