Driver's side, front of rear wheel well tells me to look at the liquid/vapor
separator which is located right there, at the top of the wheel well behind
a sheet metal shield. It has a hose from each tank into a tee, with the
other leg going into the separator; a separate hose comes out of the
separator and goes to the charcoal cannister under the passenger's
floorboard. The hoses in may have liquid in them, that coming out never
should, but the float & needle valve inside sometimes sticks and lets liquid
through. Any of those 5 connections, or the separator itself can leak, all
right where y'all describe.
