I need to find a grill as mine is pretty badly cracked. Are they readily avilable? What is a fair price?

The grills I have priced are around $350 dollars.
The OEM grill is made of ABS, the black plastic used in drain pipes and the solvent works for repairs.
if you have a structure crack you can make up a past and fill in the missing material. get a piece of abs pipe, cut a strip and reinforce the crack.
Put tape in the front to help keep the repair smooth.
you make the mushy repair material by taking the plastic that you make when you cut the black abs with a jig saw, and mix with the solvent. It gets pretty thick and fills in rather well.
I had three places where there was no material left and about 5 cracks. Repaired it 2 years ago, so far so good.
I did smooth it as best I could but the fill will shrink over about 2 to 3 weeks. I then used bondo to smooth it out. Someone said it is better to use the mush material and sand it down..... I think the bondo is easier.
Paint and install.
One thing I did was put a grove by adding the piping material on the bottom, the grill then sits on the body panel lip. I used two abs nubs I had to make that go through the original body holes and place a nail through them to hold the grill in place.
You put the bottom of the grill in first then close the top.
I also placed a wire around the center and secured it to a part of the chasis on top of the grill, just to be sure.....
so far so good.... if its not too bad, you might try that.
