Note what he wants in trade. I thought this was interesting. Maybe he saw someones nice GMC at a rally or something. (GMC promotion working???)

Also Will Accept Large Gun Collections, Boats, Large Guitar Collections. Vixen Motorhomes, Large Gas Guzzling Luxury Cars
1960 to 1999 Rolls Royce Automobile Silver Cloud Preferably

I always liked Bluebirds (Wanderlodge) but do not think he would be interested in either (or both) of mine.

Side note: I am not really thrilled with someone who adds up every dime they have spent on a coach and calls it "invested." Don't they know about operating expenses? (Or deprecation for that matter.)

I am not sure of what he means by:

But it is a nice bus... If you could use something that size.

Am I just sleepy or is the asking price not listed?

Thanks for the information on the Bluebird. I was considering making the purchase but couldn't bear to part with my Rolls Royce Silver Cloud or my rare gun collection (consists of 1 cigarette lighter that looks like a gun). As for the money I plan to take up a collection from some of the rich GMC owners on the net. Should be good for a couple of bucks wouldn't you think.

.

Mike:

Don't you just love it when someone does NOT mention price, but says something like "no reasonable offer refused" They have a price that they want, and are just being coy about it, hoping that some pilgrim will offer them more than they had in mind.

Listing things for sale without a price is just stupid in my opinion. But then my opinion is just that... vbg.

I guess we don't have too many "Sales Folk" here. The Golden Rule always applies. "He who mentions a number first loses!"

If you go to the "garage sale" start page, you'll see that he is asking $100,000 for the Bluebird.

Perhaps this is a good example of how a little more research can help someone avoid making an unnecessary assumption about a person's intent Razz
