I am in the process of replacing my water heater element. Seem to go every
two or three years, usually when I forget to shut it off when draining the
system. Installing antifreeze bypass at the same time.

Thinking of installing a timer so that it doesn't run all the time. Come
to the coach after not using it for weeks and find plenty of hot water...not
good.

The mechanical timers seem so...well 70's. Thinking of installing one of
these. Have used it on my bathroom blowers and on things like cooler lights
at a florist.

Anyone have any experience using one on the GMC? Does it handle voltage
fluctuations, etc.
